Lost or broke your glasses in Tenerife?
It's the holiday nightmare: broken frames in the pool, lost sunglasses on the beach, prescription glasses left on the plane. Don't panic. We deal with this every week and can usually have you seeing properly again in 24-72 hours.
What we can do
- Replace lenses in your existing frame if it's still intact (5-7 days for premium lenses, 24-72h for standard).
- Repair frames · welding metal, replacing temples, adjusting nose pads. Free quote on the spot.
- New frame + your prescription · standard lenses ready in 24-72h, progressives 5-7 days.
- Temporary solution · We can sometimes lend you reading glasses or sun glasses while we work on the urgent order.
- Contact lenses replacement · same-day if it's a common prescription, 24-72h for special parameters.
What we need from you

Your current prescription (Rx). If you don't have it with you:
- Email your home optician asking for a copy (most can send PDF within hours).
- Or we can do a complete eye exam here · free of charge.
- Frame measurements if you want a similar size (we measure on site).
- Time · 30 minutes for consultation, plus collection in 24-72h.
How urgent is it?
Very urgent (today) · If you can't function without glasses (severe myopia, etc.), we'll prioritize. Disposable contact lenses available same day if you've ever worn lenses.
Urgent (1-2 days) · We can usually deliver standard prescriptions including progressives in 48 hours.
Standard (3-7 days) · Premium lenses (Varilux X, Zeiss Individual, etc.) take longer because they're tailored.

Eye exam · free (always, even for tourists).
Frame repair · 15-60 € depending on damage.
New standard lenses for your frame · from 60 €.
Premium progressive lenses (Varilux) · from 280 €.
Mid-range frame · from 90 €. Premium brand frame · from 180 €.
